What do I need to do before contacting a production company?
It helps to have a rough idea of your goals, audience, budget, timeline, and where the video will be used (e.g. website, social, internal, broadcast). But don’t worry if it’s not all mapped out, we can help you shape it.
How long will the whole process take?
It depends on the complexity of the project, but we’ll always confirm timelines with you up front and keep things moving efficiently. We can accommodate quick-turnaround videos with urgent deadlines so just get in touch and we’ll work our magic.

What do you need from me during the video production process?
It’s up to you how much involvement you want to have. We will manage the project entirely but we’ll need your input at key stages:
A short brief or call to get started
Brand assets (logos, fonts, colours)
Feedback at script, storyboard, and draft video stages
What should we include in our video?
Start with your goal, what do you want your audience to know, feel, or do? Then we’ll help shape a concept that tells your story clearly and memorably. We’ll guide you through every step.
Can you work within our brand guidelines?
Absolutely. We’ll reflect your tone of voice, colours, fonts, logo use, and anything else that matters to your brand. If you don’t have formal guidelines, we’ll help you keep it consistent and on-brand.
What if I'm nervous on camera?
You’re not alone! We’re used to working with people who don’t love the spotlight. We create a relaxed atmosphere, guide you through what to say, and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way.

What happens if the weather is bad on a shoot day?
We always factor in backup plans. If your shoot relies on good weather, we’ll build in flexibility or a contingency date to keep everything on track.
Do you provide captions, subtitles, or accessibility options?
Yes! We offer captions, subtitles (including translations), SRT files, and transcripts, whatever you need to make your content more accessible and inclusive.
Can you edit content we've filmed in-house?
Definitely. If you’ve already captured footage but need a professional edit, we can help. From editing and graphics to colour grading and sound design, we’ll make your content shine.
Do you create AI content?
No! We believe in human-centric storytelling. Until there are clear regulations around AI we will not produce AI content.

How much will it cost?
Costs vary depending on the type of video, length, style (live-action, animation, etc.), and how much creative development or filming is involved. Once we’ve had a quick chat about your vision, we’ll send a clear, tailored quote.
Do you have set prices?
Yes, we have a standard ratecard which we use as a benchmark to keep our prices fair and affordable. After we know more about your project, we will tailor our services to meet your requirements and budget.
