We accept all standard video formats, including raw camera codecs (Blackmagic RAW, ProRes, Sony S-Log, RED, MP4, and MOV). You can upload files directly through our encrypted cloud portal, or you can send via your own internal software. For larger hard drive handoffs or multi-terabyte projects, you can courier or drop off drives directly to us.

Our standard process includes two full rounds of collaborative revisions. First, we deliver an initial rough cut so you can review the structure, story arc, and pacing. After incorporating your feedback, we deliver a fine cut for final review before locking the timeline and moving into colour grading, audio mixing, and QC.

We always do our best to improve the quality of poor footage, but some things cannot be fixed. We perform multi-track audio noise reduction, dialogue isolation, room reverb removal, level balancing, and colour correction to fix exposure or white balance issues, making your internal footage look and sound significantly sharper.
